Shield Grip Extension

Not yet...but a few posts down, a guy made his own by modding a Taurus one. His looks great, but took a good bit of dremmeling. Give them a few months--those and the safety dismantlers will be available.

I saw that ... I don't necessarily like the "pinkie" extension, I like extension like the Shields have .. more of a "square" whole extension

If you mean the mag sleeve, so you can use FS mags in the M&Pc... Yes. There's a couple threads that mention them.
Do a search (Forum, or Google) for M&Pc X-Grip.

Not sure why everyone insists on being rude instead of helpful. If you don't know its called an x-grip you cant do research on a forum or google.

What you are looking for is the x-grip. IT allows you to put a 17 round full size m&P 9mm mag into your 9c. Pretty sweet too, I have 4 of them. It makes the gun look odd because the grip is as long as the barrel. But it makes the grip a full grip and nice. It also works for the .40 and .357.

Not sure if you were referring to my post being rude, or someone else's, Tim.
The reason I wrote to do a Google Search for it, is because there are Numerous places to buy them besides MidwayUSA. Doing a Google Search allows the OP to choose who HE wants to buy from, rather than just One member's preferred option.
Plus... I wasn't 100% sure that the X-Grip was what he was actually looking for.

Heck... I couldn't even remember the name and Googled 'S&W M&P Mag Sleeve' to find the name and could have just wrote to do the same, but THAT would have been rude.

I wasn't really referring to you specifically and I may have taken your post differently than you meant it. I am just tired of when someone comes to a forum for help someone says "use the search feature or google" Well why is that a requirement, these forums should be used in my opinion for people to ask for help and get information better than google.

I also don't understand the issue with people duplicating a post if their question is a slightly different than some that are on the board. But this is a different issue entirely and not at all to do with you or this post.

The OP was asking about a grip extension for a Shield.
All the links to extensions for other models aren't helpful.

I'm still waiting for an answer to the original question....but I still think we'll get an extension sooner or later.

He's asking for a grip extension for a 9C or 40C not a shield. Or I could be reading into this wrong.

One of us is misreading it. The title of the thread is "Shield grip extension"... He wants one for the Shield that is "LIKE" one for the pistols you quoted. He wants the flat kind, not the kind that bend forward, like most Pearce. However, he confuses things when he says, "I saw that" referring to a guy who made a shield extension, but then says, "I don't necessarily like the "pinkie" extension, I like extension like the Shields have .. more of a "square" whole extension."

So he's either looking for a Shield pinky extension (I am). The 9c and 40c have that nice angled but flat extension.
OR
He's looking for a grip sleeve to use with bigger mags in the compact guns.
