Shield magazines are a strange thickness.

What pouches have you found out there that work for M&P Shield magazines?

*I have read the older threads on this subject. I hope there are some new options out there.

Mag holder & Holster

If you are looking for a source, Ozarks Holster builds remarkable hybrid holsters and mag carriers. Quality and attention to detail is better than other brands I have tried.

The single clip "Solo" is very comfortable for a light gun like the Shield

Contact zero9holsters.com they custom make kydex holster/pouches for anything, I got both my OWB holster and double IWB mag pouch from them at a very reasonable price and shipped fairly quick too.

I need to get hold of one or two to make mag holders with, unless someone can give me some precise measurements so I can make a mold. I'm waiting on a mold gun to arrive to make holsters with, mag carriers are next on the list.

Check out KyTex. Brian makes great pouches. I have a single for my Shield
and a single for my XDs. Looking to buy two more for the Shield.

Shield mag pouch

I might be in one of the older threads but in case you missed it, I use either of 2 1911 mag pouches(leather) and they work fine and when I switch back to 1911 mags they still work fine. John

The Uncle Mike's kydex pouches for the 1911's work. They have adjustable tension screws. Available in either single or double pouch versions.

I have a Safariland mag pouch. It's a cheap piece of plastic cr@p, but I'll ship it to you for free if you like. It won't be the best solution, but it will hold a mag. It certainly can't hurt.

Shield mag is same thickness? Ah i didnt consider 1.5 stack 9mm vs single stack 45

I use a SHTF horizontal mag pouch. It velcroes on and has a flap so it looks like a knife sheath or something. Less than $20, not ideal but it works for me.
