Shield Magazines

Has anyone found an online store that has Shield magazines for sale?

On the S&W materials, they are going to be available in April, but so far I haven't seen any for sale anywhere...including the S&W store. (I haven't checked today.)

I poked around earlier, none of the usual discount places have them yet.

I sent an e-mail to Greg Cote, asking him to let me know when he got any in. He responded saying that he had placed an order for a large number of them, but he didn't know yet when they would be in.

His site is a good source for magazines; his prices are usually better than most other places, and his service is very good.

Smith had them this afternoon. I think I searched shield accessories and found them. Not in the store so you have to look to find them but they have a list of them. $37 something

I ordered two extended mags from S&W over the phone. They are going to be swamped very soon. This gun is very HOT in my state. Several of my friends have bought it and really like the Shield. I was told that the wait on the mags will be about 2-3 weeks.

I called S&W today and they don't have any in stock and will be a couple of weeks before they do Guess I will have to make due with my two mags at the range for now.

Smith & Wesson online store took my order for extra Shield .40 mags. Said they would be out no later than 6/7. The gentleman I spoke with said they have over 6,000 on back-order. If you pay for them now, they will automatically ship to you when they become available.

I have seen a few 9mm 7-rounders at the last 2 Colorado Gun Shows, but no 8 rounders - which is what I want.

Ordered 7 round on the phone with Smith and Wesson a couple weeks ago...told it would be a couple weeks, so far have not seen anything, they have not charged my card. Only thing I have received so far is a post card saying they have received my order and will send it out when they can.

Got one today at Sportsman's Warehouse, a 7 rounder for $37 and some change, perhaps a bit pricey, but shipping if ordering on line gets it to be about the same. Last one they had, was shocked they even had one, & came across it just browsing.
