I checked several stores. All were out-of-stock.
$33 seems like a good price for the Shield9 Plus. The Shield9 v1 was $38.

Just got off the phone with S+W. The store has the 13 round mags in stock for $41 plus tax and shipping. The 10 round mags as well as EZ mags are out of stock.
I signed up with 4 different online sellers to be notified when the Shield Plus mags came in. Got notified by Tombstone Tactical but as I wasn't sitting on my computer, I was too late. Email came in at 11:30 AM and already by 1 PM, they were sold out.
PSA notified me today that they'd gotten a shipment in and I was quicker on the trigger this time. Ordered 2 13-rounders for $40 a pop.
I'd say the way to get hold of a few extra mags is to sign up for the notification -- it ain't foolproof, but it's better than constantly seeing Out of Stock when you happen to take a look.
