My $75 came today. I purchased my shield on April 1 and submitted rebate in the same day. Took some time but it here!!

I got mine today. I registered it on 4/1, the website had me logged in as 4/7, and I received it on 6/26; Came in a relatively non-descript white envelope from MPS or something like that.

Smith of course. It's a Smith & Wesson M&P, not a Milano M&P.
Milano only does the processing. They are a promotional agency.

For all who seem angry at S&W, they evidently contacted with Milano (MPS - Premium Consumer Coupon, Redemption and Rebate Fulfillment) a company that does rebate, coupon and promotional processing and mailing as their business. You can check the link. Given the probable volume of rebates claimed, they apparently got overwhelmed. So while it is frustrating, the checks will come (mine has), and it's not really S&W's inefficiency. I'm sure they're probably frustrated too since I'm sure they're paying Milano for the processing as well as you.

My rebate was sent on 5/12/17, Milano entered my rebate into the computer on 5/28/17, and the check was mailed on 7/26/17. Will update when it gets here.
Side Note: Very happy with my S&W Shield 9 after roughly 800 rounds. Only 1 FTE and no other notable problems. Also, glad to be here on the forum!

My rebate was dated 5/13. Mailed 7/20. Arrived 8/5.

I got my $75 rebate today, 8-7-17. I submitted it on 5-16-17. Today Milano shows it is still pending. They also show two identical rebates submitted on the same day. This company really got in over its head. I hope S&W finds a new company to handle any future rebate programs. Personally, I dislike rebates. Just reduce the price at the point of purchase.
