Update: Got my shield delivered today from Quantico Tactical. I was on a waitlist for two months. Got the LE price of $319 + tax. I can't wait to go shoot it!

new to the forum. just got my shield 9. saw it in stock at the scottsdale gun club, had it shipped for $419, here in CO in a matter of days.

I got a heads-up call yesterday from my lgs that they had one (1) Shield coming in, special order for me, should take about five days to arrive. Went down, signed all the paperwork, paid in full, now just have to wait for it to come in! Looks like I'm finally gonna be in with the "in-crowd"!

The gun has been out for months and S&W still can't keep up with demand. No wonder this country doesn't make anything anymore.

I get along and am well known in all the LGS around here (bigger than 50 mile radious). My local(and most used by me) LGS called me and asked/said they'd hold one for me. Picked it up last April right after they came out. Even had a couple other calls from other GS's and pasted those
on to friends looking. Snooze ya loose on this one.

This country doesn't make anything anymore because of GREADY CEO's that want their big $$$$ bonuses and could care less for the people that live here.
