Shield to qualify for CCP

I shot my new Shield to qualify for CCP class yesterday. It ran perfect.... not a single hitch. Had already ran 400 rnds through it without any problems except for a few times the slide failed to lock back after last shot early on and has not done it anymore. I am so impressed with this little gem.

Congratulations on your Shield and on getting your CCP. Now would be a good time to order a quality holster and dedicated gun belt, as the quality ones have long lead time.

I ordered this one from Defensive Line Leathers.... was told it would be 5 or 6 week wait... but it arrived in exactly 2 weeks. Got it broke in just right before the class. I'm also very pleased with It also and it performed well. carries and conceals well for OWB carry. I still have to mail in my paperwork to SLED and may have to wait up to 90 days for my permit (some folks are reporting 30 days)

Nicely done. Love my Shield. My CCW is on my list for 2015 once Peruta v San Diego is finalized.
