Great link Thanks great price, But Im guessing 25$ fee at my LGS plus shipping maybe 15/25 $ would get me close to the price,, But If I get 1 extra 8 round mag makes the deal at my LGS closer to your great deal. If I can bag 2 mags IMO that would be a great deal. 2 extra 8 round mags , Factory 1 7 and 1 8 round mag . Still on the fence 1 more day

I have moderately large hands and understand the impression that the Shield's grip is small, but it really is quite adequate for its purpose I think. Adding Talon rubberized grip tape gives you better 'traction' on the grip and reduces any tendency for it to move around under recoil. And while I practice with my Shield pretty regularly, I don't consider it a "shooter" the way I do my Pro Series, or my M1911, so great grip comfort isn't as much an issue as the ability to conceal the Shield which the narrow grip enhances.

Thanks for your reply I like the tape idea, I added a boot type grip on my Ruger SR9E love it
