Seems to be no shortage of shields now. Even LGS that has been selling at $450 list dropped them to $399 now. Now only if S&W could pump out more mags for all M&P's.

That's odd. I called three of their stores today looking for a 9mm Shield. All said they were out.

Their stores don't always see the inventory at their distribution centers. It's odd how they operate sometimes, especially when their internet deals and prices are not visible (or even known, most times) by the guys at the store levels.

$335 delivered to my FFL. I've mentioned it so many times people are sick of hearing me say it I'm sure... I'm not going to push it any more. I bet readers get annoyed hearing me tell them where to get a good deal on guns.
Anyway, $335 delivered is what I paid for each of my three. I won't pay more than that.

Just snagged one of those $359 Shields. $15 shipping and $15 FFL transfer.
I got the chance to shoot one in 9mm at an S&W factory demo event at my range. (5 shots only) Then I rented one in .40 and put 50 rd through it. Liked the feel of it better in 9mm, so I got the 9. They have a lot of decent deals at Palmetto. I see they have the full size M&P in .40 for $424 I think.--Bob
