Saw something here a while ago about subcontracting final delivery from UPS and FedEx to USPS.
Contacted both and they said it is the choice of the vendor and not the shipper. You may already know that, but I have received messages from " supposed " couriers about being unable to deliver an item. This is a problem because of this subcontracting going on and late/ no deliveries. Was told by UPS/ FedEx not to open those emails, that they are fraudulent and may contain a virus.
Just a heads up for anyone else as clueless as myself.
