Shooter grade 1991 1076 10mm at LGS.

A LGS has a shooter grade ( in my opinion) non FBI 1076. Shows a little holster wear. Not modified in any way. All original. 3 mags , original box, owners manual, etc. Listed at 1000.00 . Does this sound right ? I assume it will work well with 180 at 1000fps ( .40 equivalent) JHP ammunition?

It's not an FBI model though (?). I thought commercial guns are less expensive
