Picked it up yesterday - LNIB...

Anyone know how many of these were made...and if there is a unit count in particular for this "old" style slide?

Looks like a nice 1st Gen and I believe there were 500 made in that configuration.

There were around 1550 total of the #170011s manufactured from '92 through early '94.
The earlier guns had a smaller Briley bushing housing
Yours is the middle of the run= '93
The later guns had the blue hammer and trigger, along with the wider barrel hood and slide cutout.

Great find. I want one to go along with my 6946 but of course a 4053 in double stack would be perfect.

Thanks, fellas...I've had one of these on my "short" list for a while now...

Srigs - I have a 6946 and a pre-rail 4053 TSW, among others. I found my 4053 at:

They appear to be out of "excellent" condition pieces, but still have an inventory of "very good plus" at a great price, and they clean up nicely...
