God bless
I've got an Del-ton Ar-15 that I've had for awhile. It just sits in my gun safe.

I'm been thinking about selling it to buy a shield for my wife and a 442 for myself. I just don't want to regret selling it if you know what I mean.

I need opinions please!!!! thanks

I have had many ARs dont know of the one that you speak of. Mine where ALL Colt......I dont have one now, Kinda wish I did...........BUT they are to big of a pain to clean the way they are supposed to be...If I had one i prob wouldnt shoot it for that reason....I still have mixed feelings on them after all these years.......So my comment didnt help you at all.....LOL

no i still enjoying shooting it and i dont mind cleaning it. Thanks guys. Its my only AR. I might as well keep it. It's paid for.

I have seen times where I needed to make more room for my guns, but honestly, I never considered moving my wife out to a shed. I guess if it's air conditioned, it could be made somewhat comfortable.

I just bought another pair of AR's last week, including a new Del-Ton, this one is my third. I've never been disappointed with the parts used or the build quality on any of them, and the first two put some really pricey guns to shame. The last one was a 20" midweight-barreled gun that was known to snug three shots into a half inch at 200 yards if the wind wasn't blowing too hard. Like an idiot, I sold it, so eventually I had to replace it.

Just last week I was also thinking of selling my M&P AR15T for the same reason - I seldom shoot it. But after reading this thread, I'll keep it for the same reasons as well - it's paid for, it's my only one, and I do like it. I'm sure I'd have seller's remorse and I know I probably wouldn't replace it if I sold it.

Thanks frdtgh91 for starting the thread and thanks for the responses. Good insights and opinions!
