That's how mine started out. But, I didn't much like the hard G-10 grips or the contrasting, black, small part accents. So, …

… thumb piece, ejector rod, and side plate screws were exchanged for stainless steel, and a Hogue Bantam grip was substituted. While I was about it, an 11 pound Wolff trigger rebound spring was also installed to improve double action. So now, it's just right for me, as I become more recoil sensitive in my advancing years.

A 360SC, I knew I was buying it the moment I picked it up. An 11.4 ounce .357 Magnum is a handful. I switched to +P .38s before I ingrained a permanent flinch.

And an M38 Airweight. I bought this for my Dad after he told me he couldn't rack the slide on his crappy (but completely reliable) Davis .380. It was his constant companion until his death. Now it is my daily carry. The few extra ounces are more than covered by the memories.
