I have carried two Chief Specials frequently, usually as a BUG. I carry a model 37 in a Desantis elastic ankle holster or an old Cobra Gunskin leather ankle holster. In the winter I carry it in a pocket holster built into my 5-11 parka. My model 60 started out in 1986 in a Cobra Gunskin, the a Desantis and most recently, a Galco shoulder holster and a Blackhawk CQC holster. When I carry the Model 60 as a trail gun I am partial to the Blackhawk holster. I used the Galco shoulder holster for my BUG when working plainclothes. Nothing special, just working leather.

Another Ryan Grizzle holster. This is my old 37 in his "Country Boy" model.

With the exception of a Mika Round Cut Pocket Holster and a Galco Ankle Glove (both not shown)
these are the J-Frame holsters I use on a regular basis.

El Paso for 5" J-frame

There's not much to choose from in a holster for a 5" J-frame but this El Paso fills the bill very well. I bought it and the pair of round to square butt conversion Eagle diamond target replicas for a Model 60-18 in .357 that never happened.

They do look kinda lonesome, don't they :o
