Anyone else pocket carry a steel J-frame?

I carry a 640 in my front pocket in a Kramer pocket holster every day. I wear Docker pants or similar pants. It is no problem weight wise. I think it is like wearing a tie. At first it bothers you but soon you don't even notice it. I have a 642 but rarely carry it anymore.

I've been carrying a M60 no dash with a self inflicted hammer bob job (it came that way) in the rear pocket of my jeans for quite a while now. I tend to forget it's even there. I do need to do some hammer work to smooth up the edges, but it's got just enough hammer left to cock it for single action shooting. well... kinda...

I have a 940 that I found a bit to heavy for pocket carry so I went to a bobbed hammer 360pd, perfect for carry but a bear to shoot.

The introduction of the SP101 in .357 made every steel J frame obsolete in my opinion. Sorry. I LOVE my 337 and use it for pocket carry. If I feel the need for a pocket .357, I'm going with the SP101 over the Model 60 every time. I have both a 337 and an SP101. Until I got the 337, the SP101 was my everyday gun. Since I got the 337, the SP has languished in my bedside table If Smith ever makes a model 38 with a titanium cylinder I will buy one in a heartbeat, but for steel frames, I really see no reason to go with a model 60 over a 101-especially in .357.

Ever thought about the S&W 640-1 in .357 mag. for pocket carry? I pocket carry mine everyday with a few reloads. I added an Emerson Big Dot front night sight to it, and wouldn't change anything else.
