I've had some dandies over the years, right now it's Lucy (McGillicuddy) and Morticia the Gothchick, aka Tish. (Tish has black lipstick on.) Lucy's the insane one, but they both have their moments. And both of them like reclining on S&W guns! They're indoor cats only. There are monsters outside!

This is Lucy.

Tish is more laid back. A LOT more laid back.

I put a birdfeeder up a foot outside their favorite window because they were sleeping 20 hours a day. It worked!

That face does not fool me one bit. Dat girl got crazy goin' on.;) My aunt had one that would get a certain look, usually late at night, and after that all bets were off as to what she would do. One odd thing, if you dropped a newspaper over her she would freeze. My sister-in-law calls it the zoomies.

The zoomies, that's it exactly. :D

Here's my gang

I included Frito although we lost him a year ago. He will always be a part or our family. The rest are still gittin' after it pretty good!

1. The late Frito
2. Dink
3. Cody
4. Duke
5. The 3 amigos

This was not strictly our cat. She was more properly the neighborhood cat. Never found out who owned her or what her actual name was but we always called her Miss Kitty. For 7 years she would come our back yard most days and hunt or come up to the back door and "knock" for goodies...which we always gave her of course.

As you can tell from the pic she took her hunting quite seriously. :D We eventually started letting her in the house and she always loved to come in but as soon as she'd properly snooped the livingroom and had her treat she was ready to continue along her rout. We all enjoyed her and were sad when she disappeared.

Love seeing all the kitties!

Here's my girl. She was with me through a lot of stuff that life through at me. Picked her out of a friend's litter the day she was born and she was with me for 18 years.

She was small but had a lot of attitude and was always getting into stuff. She was the sweetest tough girl ever. :) Technically she was a calico but all of her color was on her head when she was born and in the end, if you knew where to look and looked closely you could find a few orange hairs with the black.

We lost her in April 2010 and still miss her dearly.

Spot working on the old laptop. It's no wonder I had to replace the keyboard!

There was no place she couldn't get into. (shelves, cupboard, dryer... open a door and you might find a cat!)

My wonderful girl, rest in peace.

Ok here he is, sitting on clean laundry. Calhoun, a Maine Coon rescue cat.
100_1112_zpsa145a180.jpg

that thar is a dead ringer for my old shop kitty, Spook.
If I couldn't find him by the door to come in at night, I'd always see two eyes staring at me through my bedroom window where I'd also let him in. At night .. thats really all you would see .. just those glowing eyes ... Yup .. I named him right.

This is Smoke. The cat my wife was told NOT to bring home. She ended up being my cat.
