I spent 55 years as a photographer shooting images for advertising. I really enjoy looking at vintage advertising, packaging and such so show us your vintage memorabilia.

I'll start, my dad was a shooter and got me into it 70 years ago. Reloading was a part of his weekend routine loading cartridges for the next range trip.

Here are 3 powder cans I inherited from him. Let's see what you collect.

I'm not a collector, just an accumulator.

I'm a sucker for old boxes of ammo, oil cans and miscellaneous sporting ephemera. Here's a sampling of it.

I have quite a bit of .22 Winchester paper, but not many pictures.

The walls are covered.

For several years, every time The Kansas Fish and Game came under a new administration they would change the name and replace all the public hunting signs. They would hang the new ones and drop the old ones on the ground. Not real ecology friendly.

Here are a few things that I have kinda collected over the years. The first couple of pictures are some vintage .22 ammunition. The last three pictures include my collection of vintage wooden ammunition boxes, a vintage "Red Diamond" dynamite box, and a few vintage shotgun boxes. I picked up the shotgun boxes because I liked the bright graphics on them. Unfortunately, manufacturers don't do that anymore. I guess they figure folks will buy their product no matter what the box looks like.

Fantastic stuff guys!

WOW JRB416, I thought I was doing pretty good obtaining ONE original Remington Hi Speed .22 Counter Display, but after seeing your collection, mine isn't even worth showing! That is definitely quite a collection that you have. How long has it taken you to get to this point? Thanks for sharing.

Lots of great stuff here! I've posted some of this in the past, but a lot of new additions to the collection over the years.

Boykinlp, I've been collecting 22 boxes and advertisers for about 20 years. I started with boxes I remembered as a kid and it snowballed from there. All but two or three have their original ammo and it has been a lot of fun going down this rabbit hole! Thanks for the nice words, it makes the hobby so much more enjoyable when you can share it with folks that have similar interests.

You have a very nice collection. Some great two piece boxes and all in high condition.
