Wanted to post some praise for Sideguard Holster!
I bought a Minimal IWB Clip holster for my 3913TSW back in 2009. The clip on it lost tension over the years to the point where the entire holster would come out of my pants during single handed draw. I noticed on their website that they changed the type of clip they use for the Minimal to a J style. I emailed them in September about the situation with my holster and asked about getting the clip replaced with the new style. Heidi replied promptly and told me to send it in and they'd take care of it.
A week or so ago I receive a package from them containing a NEW Minimal IWB Clip holster with the new J style clip, FREE OF CHARGE! I did not expect them to make me a brand new holster, let alone for free!
My 3913TSW is safe and secure back on my hip in its new leather from Sideguard! THAT is customer service from a member/vendor!
