Hi, I own a Sig P320 Compact and so far works fine. I have heard owners complain about failure to extract, light primer strikes. I am wondering if anyone else here either experienced same issues or have known others.

My guess is the light primer is probably due to users using reloads or steel case rounds. either way I dont' think I can trust this pistol for a carry gun

I have a P320 Compact that has been extremely reliable. As a 9mm, it has fired over 4300 rounds with only 2 FTEs. Recently, I converted it to a .357 SIG using a Caliber X-Change Kit. As a.357 SIG, it has fired 550 rounds flawlessly. For me, it's too big to carry concealed, but if I were to carry OWB, I would not hesitate. I trust it absolutely.

Interesting thread. If you Google "P320 trigger problems" you will find quite a few hits. However, reading a few of them I have come to the conclusion that Sig designed a pistol for European LEO's to use in stressful situations where the trigger pull is all the way through and trigger release is total. This doesn't fly well with most reset riding and speed obsessed Americans looking to shoot small groups at the range.

I am sure that Sig are baffled by the complaints in the same way that BMW were utterly floored by the criticism of their vehicles because of the lack of cupholders.
