Is that what they are going for? Or is that beyond reason like the little voice in my head is saying?

The one that I got last summer was found by a friend of mine in a junk parts box at a gun show here in PA. He paid $2 for it. Yeah, America sure is a great place

Congratulations!

(Don't you just hate how ebay has screwed with the bidder's names?) I know that we've had this discussion before but I would normally hold off on bidding on something that I knew a friend was trying for but this new bidder list makes it very likely that you can do that without knowing it.

Bob

bdgreen, I was bidding on it, but put two & two together from your earlier post and figured you had a use for it, so I quit and you got it for a buck & a half more, or something like that. Congrats, you got a deal. All my RMs have their sight adjusting tool, but you can't have too many extras!

EXTRAS!! You have EXTRAS. Ed?

Well since I'm reduced to using the fingernail on my little finger to adjust the sights, I guess that, technically, I have an EXTRA on my other hand

Bob, When it comes to trading used cars, horses & Smith & Wessons, it's alway an advantage to have a few "extra" of something to sweeten the deal and get the edge on the competition. I keep my extra sight adjusting tools in my extra RM boxes with my extra Ropers, that way they don't get mixed up with the good stuff in the gun locker. Ed.
