SAT is post-war, in excellent condition - 9 rows. 3 5/8" overall length. Please see the pictures, they show the exact tool you will receive. I tried to show all sides so you can can judge the condition. I will say that it has seen very little use and has not been touched-up or enhanced. Overall, a very nice SAT.
