Simple Q I hope the smart team can answer for me

I have a 625-8 JM and 627 pro, both 4 inch barrels, that I’m looking to confirm the factory front sight height

Anyone know what the factory front sight height is? Is it measured from the base ( top of barrel) or bottom of the sight that fits into the notch in the barrel?

Front sight height is measured from the top of the sight base/barrel/rib, depending on the style of the gun, to the top of the sight. The portion that is within the sight base is not included.
