Hey can some one send me a picture of the correct sight alignment for a 442 j frame revolver with bladed sights

Consider a laser

I'll go off topic a bit - I carry a 638 which has a short sight radius that for an old man with lousy eyes is pretty hard to deal with. So I immediately bought a laser that pretty much eliminates having to aim (I know what some are thinking, plz don't send me comments on being laser dependent because I'm not :))
If this gun is a range gun only, fine. But for carry purposes, I recommend a laser.
As to sight picture, I put the top of the front blade level with the top of the rear sight. Or said another way, I fill the notch.

That's the same way I do it. I've added a little red fingernail polish to the topmost portion of the front blade to make it easier to pick up.

Actually, I mostly practice shooting without using the sights. I know that in a self defense situation, I won't be taking the time to squint at the tiny little sights for slow fire target shooting but instead it'll be point and shoot.
I do have a laser on my snubby but that's more for dry fire practice and trigger control. Well, it is kinda fun drilling holes with a red dot at the range.
I do also use the sights for slow fire target shooting and I've outshot my buddy who was shooting his .45 Springfield Tactical at 25 yards.
