For me its ABCaMS. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan plates headed North. We live close to a 2 lane road that many use to shave 50 miles off of I-15 when headed back to Canada. The endless line of campers and motor homes is a sure sign usually that it is starting to warm up in the northern prairies.
This year, the virus may have started them early but the only $$ they leave here is in gas and speeding tickets.
What are your signs of spring?

Spring is surely near, why just this past weekend I saw fish walking backwards, a flock of geese flying overhead singing "Carry Me Back To Old Virginnie", and a bunch of Shriners searching for cheap drinks and polishing their hand buzzers.
It won't be long now.

For me its ice out on the lake. Two pictures...1 taken 2 weeks ago, 1 taken this past weekend, both of the same area.

Most say the appearance of robins in the back yard is a sign of spring.
But, an old farmer once said "Redwing blackbirds are a sure sign that spring is here."

By the way I saw one last Friday.
