Single Action Stag Grips: Colt? Ruger?

I've got these stag grips and need help identifying them. I know next to nothing about single action guns and I've looked all over the internet but can't find a way to determine whether they're for a Colt or a Ruger. Does anyone know a way to tell the difference? Any help is appreciated.

Ah, I just found out what they are. Pointer Products (the sticker) and the dual holes are for fitting both Colts and Rugers.

There you go. I recently traded away a pair of old stags from the same makers. 1950's grips. Notice that little tapered "ledge" cut on the inside top corner below the hammer on the inside? That's for an early Ruger XR3 (not XR3 RED) that was identical to pre war Colts in size and very consistant. So, these are either pre war Colt grips modified for a Ruger XR3 grip frame or an XR3 Ruger grip frame modified to fit a pre war Colt. That's why there are two anchor pin holes on the inside inner corner. I think they are Ruger grips orginally but will look great on an early Colt. They are nice grips with very colorful bark, especially on the left side. Lowest value would be in the $175 range. Very low that is.

Wyatt, thanks for the info. I finally found an old thread at the Ruger forum where a gent had a set just like this. Apparently Pointer made some with the double pin holes so they'd fit both Colts (upper holes) and Rugers (lower holes), the Single Six having the same grip frame as Colt, according to him. Makes sense if so. These are missing the screw and escutcheons, but that's not difficult to fix.
