Single Six grips

Came across this single six in 32 h&r, but the grips look odd. Does anyone know if this is a factory grip frame option or is this a gunsmith special?

Thanks. It's not mine. Just one I am considering. The grip looks shorter but also more rounded than usual. Maybe it's just the way it was photographed.

Looks like a Ruger medallion in the grip. The grips look thicker than
normal and more rounded at the bottom.

That model is shorter.

Most Single Sixes have the aluminum XR3-RED grip frame that is standard on large frame Blackhawk .357s and .45s. Its bottom rear corner is not rounded like that.
