Good day, purchased a 686 SS 2.5" a while back and wanted to find a comfortable iwb holster. I came across the add for SMARTCARRY and it is the most comfortable and practical holster that I ever tried for a 686 2.5". I just had to move the stitching on the top for the sight to fit perfectly. I don't know how to post picture here, if you go to SMARTCARRY.COM you can see how fantastic the design is for a larger revolver. Once in place you don't even feel the weight whether standing or sitting.

I have used them occasionally for about ten years, and have found they work best for smaller guns, and I prefer using them with guns with long double-action pulls. Glad it's working for you.

IWB might be betterHave one for Mod 10 HB 4in. Works well . Bit slow to draw but undectable.
