Jerry Micellek ( I know, spelled wrong, can't say it right either) has a video where he shoots a Model 36 upside down with his pinky. If I am not mistaking, his shot is 200 yards. Something to think about! Bob
Oh Ken buddy that trigger pad has to go. I see the point it was made for but my goodness I'm glad I'm glad I'm not one to keep a finger near the trigger. Otherwise the gun fires great. Couldnt resist first time loading it full load 357. Forgot what that can do after shooting 38's so long. Damn I'd hate to be on the other end of a 357. Removing the trigger shoe is a must hope the trigger isn't marred
Appreciate other posters backing me up on the trigger shoe. For me, it's a safety issue, pure and simple. The sides of the shoe protrude beyond the trigger guard and negate its safety function of preventing accidental discharges.
