I spent a goodly portion of the day going through my gun safes and updating inventory sheets, etc. Putting in a spreadsheet when and where I bought them and what I paid for them.

I have a S&W safe...and another "everything else" safe. Not counting my nightstand gun (a 4043), my carry gun (a 642) and a hidey-hole gun in the house (a 64-something)...here are the others. 52 of them after selling one these today. And I sold a Model 29 yesterday Yikes, I need to get it under control!

Plus 44 other handguns from my other safe.

All revolvers? Where are the S&W automatic pistols? I don't have nearly that many S&Ws, but I have more Model 39s than revolvers.

I see that photo and I think of the raving lunatic I'd become if my husband put guns on our good bedspread. I don't allow anyone to sit on ours, much less lay machinery out on it.

Nice collection of steel and wood. But I never realized that putting your firearms in a spreadsheet involved the whole bed.

I have one 4043 and at the very top of the photo is my one Model 39.

Here in New Jersey buying a handgun is a pain in the derrière.
Good for keeeping cash in wallet--bad for avid collector.
