I'm not finding much in the search for a pancake leather belt holster for ccw a S&W CS 45 any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Trevor

Suggest you look a DeSantis Speed Scabbard and/or Galco Combat Master.
They are about the same price. Optic Planet usually has them both.

Thank you for your help, I looked at these but they don't ding my bell I would like a simple pancake that sits high on the belt with or without a thumb brake. Trevor
