I just got off the phone with S&W Customer Service and I am very pleased. I have a M&P 40c that I have had a few months and like it a lot. The frame tool is locked into the heel of the grip frame by a small, plastic tab. The tab broke off so the tool won't lock into the frame. Its probably my fault. A call to S&W this morning resulted in a new part being sent to me today at no charge. Its a shame that more big corporations don't treat customers as well as S&W! The excellent customer service is one of the big reasons I continue to buy S&W products.
