I just got off the phone with S&W Customer Service and I am very pleased. I have a M&P 40c that I have had a few months and like it a lot. The frame tool is locked into the heel of the grip frame by a small, plastic tab. The tab broke off so the tool won't lock into the frame. Its probably my fault. A call to S&W this morning resulted in a new part being sent to me today at no charge. Its a shame that more big corporations don't treat customers as well as S&W! The excellent customer service is one of the big reasons I continue to buy S&W products.

Miller/Hobart Welders, they too are the best in the business for customer service. I have been with them for 30 years, they are 100%. In a day and age where most company's dont' give a racoon's patootie after the sale, S&W, and Miller/Hobart top the list. Now if they will only give me a new No-Lock 642 in exchange for my I.L. 642....................................................

I recently purchased a M&P .45c at a gun show and over the weekend I wanted to try one of the other backstraps. After a few minutes I realized they did not fit. I compared them with my M&P .40 ( full size ) and they were the same. Must have been mis-packaged at the factory. I had heard S&W's customer service was excellent, so I decided to give them a call and explain my situation. After a brief wait I spoke with an agent and he agreed to send me out the two I am missing ( large and small in dark earth color ) for free! Thank you S&W!

Next on my shopping list is a M&P 15 MOE. :)

I CALLED THEM TODAY ASKING ABOUT THE "OLD" CUT-A-WAY POSTERS THEY HAD YEARS AGO...THE REP I SPOKE TO SAID THAT THEY STILL HAVE A FEW...TOOK MY NAME & ADDRESS AND SAID I WILL SHIP YOU OUT A FEW @ NO CHARGE....NOW THAT IS THE WAY HAVE KEEP A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
