Yes, I will pass that on to this guy. I was concerned because he asked for a gunsmith. I don't know if there is more to this story then just a screw missing could be just part of the whole story. I don't know?

I have no idea what that 833 number is! The correct number for S&W Customer Service is 800-331-0852, and has been for many years. I just checked, this is still correct!! S&W will sell the screw for less that any after-market seller. and will likely simply comp. it as they often do. Other sellers will charge shipping of several dollars, S&W ships free!
