If you're asking about current production, the official S&W website will let you sort their models by caliber, making it easy. If you're talking about all the possible variations from 1955 to the present, the best answer is to buy thr Standard Catalogue of Smith & Wesson, 5th edition, because that subject is very lengthy.

There are dozens of 44 mags. No way to answer here.Best bet is to Google it and Wiki will break it down for you or get the smith and Wesson catalog book. Either way, they will break down all the variances. By model number or year.

Agreed! There are too many models to list and discuss here. Since you're just getting into revolvers, do as Bullet Bob suggests and invest in a "SCSW 5th Ed." (Amazon, etc.)...you'll get hours of very interesting reading and history. S&W introduced the first .44 Magnum revolver in 1955, and they are still producing them today.
