Smith & Wesson 4506 Conversion

Hi, I have a 4506 and was wanting to convert it over to shoot the hot 45 Super round. Does anyone know where I can get the kit to convert it. Thanks for any help.i was also looking for a factory box for it if anyone has one for sale. It would be the cardboard box. Thanks again
