Welcome to the Forum. You have a Model 2 Old Model or Army, 32 Long rimfire revolver. These guns were made from 1861 to 1874, with over 77,000 total manufactured. Your serial number puts yours at the very first year of production. The most common barrel lengths were 5" and 5", but a 4" barrel was also available.
These were very popular private purchase revolvers in the Civil War and chances are good that yours was a Civil War gun. Yours appears to be in nice shape and a very historic S&W model that led the way for the development of the top-break large frame Model 3 American in 44 caliber.

Value is all about condition and a couple of percent finish loss can greatly affect the price a collector would pay. When dealing with the Model 2, the Civil War era revolvers seem to be more desireable, but I really do not see much difference at auction between the war-era and post-war guns. What should add value to your revolver is that it should have only a 2 pin topstrap. The use of the 3rd pin started around sn #3109.
The Model 2s seem to be seeing a rise in value lately. They went way up about 20 years ago, when 32 rimfire ammunition became readily available, but then lost value after ammo became impossible to find and/or interest wained in antique firearms in general. If your revolver went to auction, I would give it a range of $600 to maybe $800, depending on a close-up apraisal of condition. I am only guessing that you have an 80% gun and if more or less, the money will also go up or down. A high percentage gun could eaisly bring $1000+.
