Hello everybody, I write from France because I have bought a Mod 64 with snub nose witch is numered: CDN5426, and I'd like to know when it has been manifactured(I like this kind of guns because of Eliot Ness!). I would be glad to know that, even if it does n't really matter. Thank you for all you could do for me. It's just because I love America and its way of life.

Bienvenu! Your model 64 is likely from mid-1999. Enjoy!

S&W 64,2"

That's what I was expecting because of many of questions I have seen on the web. Thank you very much for a so quick answer. PC:)

Welcome to the forum! The model 64 is a great gun. I have one in 4" and would love to have a 2" or 3". I think you will be very happy with it.:)

welcome to S&W. glad you are here.

your S&W model 64 snub nose is a fine revolver and will give you many years of shooting enjoyment.

Welcome to the FORUM from Toledo Ohio. You are sure to enjoy your 64. I purchased a 10-5 in March of this year . It is a 2" R.B. (same as 64, except blued steel) A lot of fun to shoot. Bob

And welcome from New Mexico. I was fortunate to find my 2 inch Md 64 just this past spring. I can't begin to tell you and anyone else who will listen how much I love this gun. Tightest lock-up of any revolver I own and a fantastic DA/SA trigger. It came with the original magna stocks but I found great improvement with a set of Ahrends retro bananas.

I WANT ONE !!!

I was never sure why I wanted a snub K frame. I looked off & on for around 2 years. I really wanted a shorty 15. This was on G.B. I won it for $329 shipped. I changed the stocks. Originals were rough. I have a factory set coming to me next week. New old stock gun take offs. It is a fun gun to shoot!
Keep looking HAYWOOD! Bob

Hello everybody, I have shot for the first time this afternoon and I enjoyed it a lot. For the fist time I shot with one hand I made 50% in the black of a C50, the target we use at 25 meters, first in single action, then in double action, witch I prefere very much with this gun. I agree, it's a great gun. It's the second I prefere above my Beretta APX in 9 mm( too easy) and after a colt1911 made by Metro Arms Corporation. It makes me wanting a lot of Smith and Wesson! Greetings. PC

Congratulations on your 64-2 and welcome to the forum!

I have one as well, it's a 2" snubbie and has replaced my model 60 as my everyday carry gun!

Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

I just shot my recently acquired M64 in the local IDPA match today. Fun time, in fact first time I shot it. Had a few misses, but overall was pleased & performance improved over the match. Am very happy with it as I am my other S&W wheelguns

I have to second itj9296's statement, the M64 is a perfect gun (essentially a Model 10 in a fancy dress). You cannot beat it.

P.S. Welcome to the forum, you will have fun here
