Smith & Wesson Shotgun Shell Caddie

Could someone tell me what a S&W shotgun caddie is? Thanks

Im thinking it is like a side saddle or could be one of the rear stocks that holds extra ammo inside the side through a side slide access channel

Years ago when S&W sold shotgun shells, you could buy 4 boxes in a plastic box with a handle. I know I had one, but don't know if I still do. You could also sit on them, but not real comfortable.
