V695706 shipped in 1944 and most likely shipped to the Navy. Serial numbers reached at least as high as V730000 that year.
In January, 1945, the sliding hammer block was added and the serial numbers had an SV prefix. The lowest number in my database for 1945 is SV732261. The highest identified number that went to the Navy was SV802722 and it shipped to Norfolk on August 13, 1945, according to Dr. Jinks.
