I still can't believe people's survival instinct tells them to grab toilet paper.
A local Kimberley Clark toilet paper plant only recently cycled off of 24 hour a day, 365 days a week production from the Covid run on toilet paper and paper products. They have been running 24/7/365 for several years now.
The local Remington/Vista/whatever-it-is-now ammo plant has been running 24/7/365 now for several years and I don’t think they have slowed down yet, nor do they have any plans on slowing down.

Leaves, corn cobs, and other things just don't work if you want to be clean!! 
As to the title of the painting, "Snow Predicted", I don't get it.
