It's OK bro. You are not being stupid. OK, it's easy:

Find the photo on the web that you want to share and click on the little yellow icon that has a mountain (fourth one from the right at top) and paste link to photo.

If you want to upload the photo, just go to any photo sharing website and upload your photo there and then paste the link here using the method I explained on top and that's it.

Same deal. You would have to upload it to a photo sharing web site and follow the instructions above.

If you get the tapatalk app,you can upload using a pic from your phone very easily.
