So Sightmark, NcStar, UTG, Bushnell, PA....which to get?

Hi, I would like to chime in about which case you should consider. For me, there is only one . It is the Condor Tactical. It has straps to secure the rifle in place, padding at the top to protect optics and has another section with MOLLE equiptment attached to hold magazines or other accessories. I LOVE this bag!

I have a PA M4 clone on my 15-22. I also have a couple of PA Microdots that were being used on my big ARs until I got Aimpoints for 'em.

As for which case to buy...

I have one from UTG. It's softsided holds 5 magazines and has multiple carry handles. Works OK.

But, I've seen some cases from Condor that I really like.

i have the same UTG case and while i like it, im really looking at the voodoo double rifle case - similar to the condor but more pockets.

Jajo,

The UTG does look good, I looked at that Voodoo Tactical and selected the Drago Gear Tactical. It has many pockets inside the outside compartment for handguns, the two of the front pockets hold 8 25 round mags, there are three total. It also has backpack harness to wear if you have that long walk for your outdoor range. Leaves both hands free.

Take a look, here is where I ordered mine.

Drago Gear || SOFT CASES << Slings / Cases / Holsters

Good luck in your selection. All three are good cases and appear to be made well. Zippers, additional padding all appear to be well made.

Let me know if you want pictures of mine.

if you can wait til december, slickguns has a deal on all the voodoo tactical bags for almost half off.

I've had good luck with several different types of PA's. I had a problem with one (after the warranty period), they fixed it with no questions asked. Great customer service and follow up. /MK

I had a sight mark reflex on my 15-22 and it was very accurate, kept zero even when removed and re-installed. For the price I was extremely happy with it. I also put one of these on a Ruger 22/45 and it worked great.

Reviews seem to be mixed, but that appears to be quality control-related. I went ahead and ordered one just to see if I get lucky and get one of the ones that passed QA.

I don't really need one of these, but wanted to try one and didn't want to spend serious money to satisfy my curiosity.

I can't believe nobody mentioned the Bushnell TRS-25!!! This is an absolute awesome micro red dot. The price is reasonable and the quality for the price is exceptional. If you haven't already bought something else it would behoove you to take a gander at the reviews on this and research it a bit. Good luck. Be safe.

You are correct. Nobody mentioned the TRS-25 directly but a few of the posts alluded to the Bushnell, PA and Sig branded smaller units.

I have a TRS-25 and like it. It works well and should be considered.

Looking for an opinion on buying a used site. Another shooter at local gun range has a Vortex StrikeFire for sale. He upgraded to a Aimpoint and has this StrikeFire he is trying to sell. This has been one of the optics I have been looking at.

What are the concerns / issues I need to be aware of for buying a used site.

Looking for suggestions so I can cover all the bases before we work out the final price. I would love to get for $100, he is asking $150 right now, which is only $20 off list for new.

Appreciate any feedback or opinions from the board. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
