The serial number is 317887 which is about 1,000 after heat treating of the cylinder started. The caliber is .38 Special. All numbers match except there is no visible serial number on the grips, but the fit indicates they are original. Bore is excellent as is single and double action pull, no push off and timing is excellent. Approx 98% finish with some slight muzzle wear on the left side only.
