Made by Andy Horvath on a 15-3 frame. Made for carrying, I went different direction and don’t use this. Has a 16-4 4” bbl cut to 3” with a Weigand Interchangeable Front Sight Base, beautiful factory looking crown by Andy. Has a ramp front sight, easy to change to Patridge or fiber optic. Barrel is stamped “Horvath Custom .327 Magnum. The grip was round butted by me with files, pictures available. The cylinder was from a model 17 or 18, both the barrel and cylinder were in good shape. Andy makes the 32 cylinder holes tight and the barrel cylinder gap close as in the other 2 he made for me.
The 15-3 frame was a service gun with some rust and wear but shot little. Andy said to Bead Blast and Hot Tank Blue would be the best finish other would be hard chrome. Timing on the 15-3 was great and still is after the conversion to .327. He left the sides of the hammer white (nice touch ) the trigger is blued. The grips are Hogue, comes with a universal owb Vega holster.
The gun is accurate as the pictures show from 50’. I have a bunch of pictures available of the gun, use [email protected]. Looking for 1500.00 shipped and insured. First I’ll take it trumps tire kickers plus pm. I check email often.
