Location : Massachusetts
Description : I have a S&W 617, no dash, pre-lock ,6 shot ,6 inch barrel, chambered in .22LR. It has the Target hammer and trigger. It sports a nice pair of Altamont rosewood checkered grips with the S&W medallions. It also has a red Hiviz fiber optic front sight installed. Not sure round count as I bought used and only shot maybe 300 rounds thru it since I have owned it. It does have a couple of light rust spots on it. It is a tank and a very nice shooter!
Up next is a S&W 66-5, pre-lock, 6 shot, 2.5" barrel, chambered in .357 Magnum. It sports a nice pair of Altamont silverblack checkered boot grips with the S&W medallions. Gun was bought from a good friend who had a well known local gunsmith go thru it (chamfered, bead blast, and action job) and it came out really nice! Action is super slick and really nice in both single and double action. I have put less than 100 rounds thru it and 95% of them were .38 special.
Only reason for selling these is I have other projects I want to finish and could use the money. And because these primarily sit in the safe and never get the love they deserve!
Accessories : Model 617 comes as is without a box or paperwork. Model 66-5 comes with factory box.
