These are Aftermarket Conversion Round to Square Target Grips for K/L Frame. As photos show the fit is absolutely perfect (they are shown on my 617). The grips have a nice color and grain. They even have a palm swell (shown in photo) and feel great in your hand. These have not been out of the house since I ordered and still like new as photos show. Sell for $69 mailed USPS with tracking after Money Order or Check.
