This Model 27-2 4" Pinned & Recessed Target Stocks, Trigger, and Hammer. The Nickel is in very good condition not perfect but still has an excellent shine. This fine revolver is from 1979. Just the revolver no box or paperwork.
The Pinned & Recessed Mod 27-2 with Four-inch barrels only had a production window of three years: 1979-1982. The 3-1/2 and 5-inch barrels had a production window of 18 years for the dash 2 and 29 years total for the model 27 and were replaced by the Four inch. In 1982, the Pinned & Recessed features go away. Three years pretty rare gun.
