For sale, an early (-2) 2.5" Model 19 with box, tools and all papers.
Can't say it hasn't been fired outside of the factory (has not by me) but looking at the recoil shield, forcing cone, cylinder face and ejector rod; if it has, it hasn't been much. Box top isn't like new (54 years old) but all corners intact and includes all papers and tools. Has an extra warranty card if you'd like to fill one out and send it in.
Edit to add - there is a bump/bruise in the right hand stock panel, best shown in first picture/
