Stopped by the local pawn shop on Friday. They pulled this out the back, thought I might like it. They were right. I took it to the range, it put them all in a dinner plate at 50 yards off hand.

A Firearms International, Bronco, Take-down in .22LR:

Awesome little gun, I love those strange 22's. You should have stopped for lunch before you picked it up though, might have kept you fron gnawing on it

I have one in 410. Made or imported by Garcia. I havent shot it yet but a relative used it asa camp gun to shoot grouse. Really neat and weighs nothing.

Boy I havent seen one of those for awile. Should have bought one to keep my Springfield Armory M-6 Scout company. Nice find!

A friend of mine had one of those with a frog gig wired to the muzzle. He used it to hunt for arrowheads in snake country. He had lost a leg during WW II and he didn't bend as well as you used to.

I bought the first Bronco .410 I saw just after getting out of high school. Had it for years and shot a few critters with it. Mostly it's just intersting to look at and fun to shoot occasionally.

A few years ago a used Bronco .22 rifle showed up at a local gun emporium. Someone had customized it with a wood panel inside the skeletionized grip. I paid a lot more for the used .22 than I did for the new .410 but had enough fun with it to make it worth while.

Had a chance to buy the .22/410 OU just about the time they stopped being made. It was $80 at a hardware store I stopped at while on a trip. I was newly married and thought I was too broke. Wish I'd talked myself into it to this day.
